Dr. Joanna Coote

Dr. Coote was born in the UK but moved to Canada with her family as a child.

She completed her veterinary degree at the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph in 2006. 

​

During this time she traveled to East and South Africa with Global Vets. She was also involved with Vets Without Boarders where she worked on developing programs for dog populations and rabies control in developing countries. 

​

Since graduating, Dr. Coote, has been working both in private practice and very involved with Toronto Humane Society.

​

Currently she shares her life with her husband, two children, golden retriever and cat.

In her spare time, which is very limited, she loves heading north for skiing, camping taking with her camera and a good book.
